Phil advises and represents school districts and private clients in matters before the United State Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the Department of State, Department of Labor, and the Department of Homeland Security. He represents school districts and businesses in sponsoring foreign nationals for employment-based non-immigration and legal permanent residence (“green cards”).

Phil began his legal career working at the Arizona Court of Appeals as a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Gemmill.

Prior to completing his legal education, Phil taught P.E. in the Roosevelt Elementary School District and then language arts in the Alhambra Elementary School District.
